Configurar parametros en un CSS de lightbox

Estimados.
Alguien que me pueda ayudar a configurar un par de parametros en un CSS de lightbox, porfavor??
La verdad no entiendo nada de hojas de estilo ni nada, el archivo lo descargué de Internet ya configurado.
Necesito que el lightbox abra mas arriba de la pantalla, casi al tope de esta y dejar el boton NEXT o PREV pegado, cuando corresponda, no que aparesca cuando uno situe el mouse sobre la imagen, no se si me entienden.

Lamento decirte, después de revisar tu CSS, que lo que pides no se configura por CSS si no por JavaScript.

Neocesar, gracias por la respuesta.
Te cuento, ademas de la carpeta CSS, donde aparece el archivo CSS, tengo 2 carpetas mas, la de las imagenes y una que se llama JS (debe ser la de javascript creo), donde hay 4 archivos, Effects, Lightbox, Prototype y Scriptaculos.

Te apunto el código del archivo Lightbox a ver si es ese.
