Problemas con cutenews 1.4.6.

Hola, tengo un problema con cutenews, y es que cuando actualizo las noticias me sale la última en la lista y yo quiero que sea la primera. El código que le he puesto a mi archivo .php es:

Hola como estas , yo estoy usando cute news desde hace unos anyos , pero estoy buscando mejor rendimiendo bajando las ultimas versiones pero no encuentro muchas cosas ,m concoes el CMS bien ?
