PROBLEMAS CON CARGA DE IMAGEN

Saludos,

Estoy haciendo un banner para una web, y deseo que se carguen las imagenes de forma aleatoria, pero cuando la reproduzco desde el .swf, se ve bien, pero cuando esta en el html o php no se ve la imagen. ¿Esto a que se debe?
aqui pongo el archivo completo e un .zip, para que por favor me ayuden a descubrir lo que pasa.

A mi si me funciona a la perfeccion. Tu index.html estaba vacio.
