Ampliar un MC

Tengo una foto que he convertido a MC y quiero que cuando pase el ratón por encima de la foto se amplie al doble.

Alguna ayuda por favor.

en teoria deberia funcionar, en teoria

y en teoria el comunismo funciona pero mas o menos asi es el asunto

por cierto vuelve aconvertir la fot en boton para qu efuncione
